Pilates / Floor Barre
This workout integrates both mat and standing exercises from Pilates and Ballet to strengthen the core, increase flexibility, and improve balance. Props are incorporated to increase the challenge of muscle stabilization while the speed and duration of repetition sets generate greater muscle fatigue in the core, arms, hips and thighs.
