ABSolute Bootcamp A challenging 45 minutes that will push your physical endurance and mental will power. Be prepared for a fun mix of drills and movement patterns that will tighten, strengthen and tone your body!
Cardio Fusion A serious cardio workout, this class keep your heart rate up the whole time by combining high and low intensity cardio and strength training. This class focuses on raising your metabolism while toning your muscles.
Cardio Kickboxing Kick and punch your way into a major calorie scorching class. Learn kickboxing moves while toning your arms, core and legs! Get ready to sweat and have fun!
Core Conditioning A total body tune-up using light hand-weights and the power of your own body to tone muscles, gain flexibility, burn fat, and boost your resting metabolic rate.
Core Sculpt A high-energy core training class consisting of stabilization techniques and strengthening exercises for the torso, obliques, and lower back.
Muscle Therapy- This class incorporates HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) through the use of circuit training to maximize caloric expenditure. After muscles are warmed up they are prime to be” foam rolled” which works on aching “trigger points”, reduces muscle soreness, and increases range of joint motion. This class is ideal for general conditioning and also compliments strength training by increasing flexibility.
Pilates Using the body’s own resistance, a series of movements are performed designed to improve circulation, breathing, posture, and body awareness. Mat classes may incorporate small equipment such as bands, fitness circles, stability balls, weights.
Pilates Fusion A Pilates Mat class that incorporates various props to tap into the deeper muscles of the core. The class is comprised of a series of exercises performed on a mat to complement different elements of Pilates core and posture work, focusing on powerhouse strengthening and increasing flexibility. The entire body will be targeted to have you standing taller, feeling stronger, and looking great!
Spin This indoor cycling class provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Participation in the Spinning program will enhance your speed, strength, and stamina, as well as improve your overall physical health and increase your caloric burn.
Strength & Cardio A high intensity interval class to help you achieve strength, definition, and cardio endurance by using a combination of effective resistance training exercises that target all the major muscle groups and sport drills to improve aerobic conditioning. This class is geared to all levels.
Total Body Plyometrics, agility, pure cardio and weight training will make you work every muscle group, so prepare to get your heart racing and sweat pouring! Total Body Conditioning is a great workout for everyone, and plenty of options are available for all fitness levels.
